Controller

Lisa serves as Controller for Track Record Assets, where she oversees the firm's accounting and financial operations across its portfolio of multifamily communities. In this role, she is responsible for financial reporting, general ledger oversight, treasury and cash management, and internal controls, working closely with property-level teams and ownership to deliver timely, accurate reporting to investors and lenders.

Lisa has worked alongside Trey Stone for more than 20 years, supporting his multifamily investment platform through numerous market cycles. Prior to assuming the role of Controller, most of her tenure was focused on accounting and cash management, and she played a key role in supporting the execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing activities — assisting with due diligence, closing coordination, and the transition of properties on and off the company's accounting systems. That hands-on transaction experience, paired with her deep familiarity with day-to-day property operations, gives her a comprehensive view of the business from the ground up.

Before joining Trey's team, Lisa managed accounts payable and accounts receivable for various entities at Principle Equity Management, where she built the foundation in property-level accounting that has anchored her career in multifamily real estate.
