Jollie is an accomplished Regional Manager with over 33 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Track Record Assets, Jollie oversaw several urban assets in the Houston area for other reputable management companies. Throughout her career, she has gained knowledge in a wide range of assets including Class-A, Lease-up, Acquisitions and Renovations. Jollie has received several awards, including the Houston Apartment Association's Honors Award for Property of the Year, recognizing a property with 734 units. She excels at taking on challenges and driving difficult assets to high levels of success, while collectively building amazing teams.
