Cynthia Adams is a multifamily operations executive with more than 35 years of experience leading large-scale portfolios, driving operational performance, and creating long-term value for owners and investors. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios exceeding 22,000 apartment homes across multiple states. Cynthia is recognized for her expertise in operational excellence, acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, value-add repositioning, capital improvement planning, and building high-performing teams that consistently improve occupancy, revenue, and net operating income.

She has held executive leadership positions with nationally recognized management companies, including Bridge Property Management, where she served as Senior Vice President and directed operations for a portfolio of more than 22,000 apartment homes across six states. During her tenure, Cynthia earned multiple company awards, including Regional Manager of the Year, recognizing her leadership, operational achievements, and commitment to developing successful teams.

Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked alongside Track Record Assets founder Trey Stone as Regional Vice President of Operations, where she helped lead value-add renovations, portfolio growth, and operational initiatives across multiple communities. That shared history provides a strong foundation as they once again partner to execute Track Record Assets' long-term investment strategy, combining institutional operational expertise with an entrepreneurial investment approach to maximize asset performance and long-term value.
