Over her 40+ year career in the multifamily industry, Kim has established a reputation as a transformative leader known for building high-performing teams, driving operational results, and navigating complex challenges. She has held senior leadership positions with some of the nation’s most respected multifamily firms including Trammell Crow, Gables Residential, Alliance Residential, The Morgan Group, and Wood Partners. During her tenure at Wood Partners, Kim directed operations for a portfolio of more than 21,000 units located in major markets across the country.

Kim has been recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management as one of the “Women Changing the World of Real Estate Management”. Kim also served as President of the Houston Apartment Association and in leadership roles for both the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
