Trey Stone - Co-Founder & CEO
Trey Stone is a multifamily real estate investor and syndicator who purchases troubled apartment complexes and transforms them into flourishing communities. He has worked with over 450 investors across 21 successful exits garnering $100M in new value added to the properties he has revived. Trey has also mentored hundreds of real estate investors and helped them buy their first rent houses and first apartment complexes.
A multimillionaire in real estate by the age of 27 utilizing his strategic business model, Trey found early success that has continued to stand the test of time, 26 years into his real estate investing career.
Along the way, Trey served as President of The Houston Apartment Association and built his real estate portfolio up to 5,913 units, beginning with just one rent house.
Additionally, Trey has won the Owner of the Year Award at all the local, state, and national levels from the Houston Apartment Association in 2007, the National Apartment Association in 2008, and the Texas Apartment Association in 2010. Trey and his team continue to help accredited investors replace their earned income with passive income from rental property, while helping them rapidly grow their net worth.
Ian Stapleton - Co-Founder & CMO
Ian Stapleton has carved out a 12-year career developing a YouTube channel dedicated to the $184B dollar gaming industry.
During that time, he’s shared tens of hundreds of videos to ultimately court a follower base of 25 million subscribers to his YouTube Channel.
Known online as “SSundee”, Ian has cultivated a community focused on the popular online gaming spaces of our time.
Ian also owns a gaming development company, and has entered the real estate investing space himself with single-family rental properties and now multifamily units.
Lesser known and greatly appreciated, Ian spent 6 years in the United States Air Force serving our country.
He and Trey are now coming together to pair a first-of-its-kind strategy bringing awareness to multifamily real estate investing and its positive impact on both families and the people who live in their portfolio of communities.
Nick Shaffer

Nick Shaffer has built his career on the foundation of hands-on investing and a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate. Beginning with single-family acquisitions and house hacks, Nick grew his personal portfolio into a diverse mix of rental properties across Florida before expanding into multifamily and joint-venture partnerships. His firsthand experience as both an operator and investor gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling real estate wealth.
At Track Record Assets, Nick leads syndication strategy and capital execution, ensuring each project is structured for transparency, performance, and long-term success. Known for his approachable style and deep market understanding, he bridges the gap between everyday investors and institutional-quality assets—helping each partner feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Nick’s greatest priorities are his faith and his family. He and his wife are proud parents to their son, Landon, and are joyfully expecting their second child, Easton. They consider family their greatest blessing and the motivation behind everything they do.
Brandon Fulep

Brandon Fulep has spent his career at the intersection of finance, sales, and real estate, building lasting relationships with investors and raising significant capital for large-scale multifamily acquisitions. Prior to joining Track Record Assets, Brandon served as Investor Relations Associate at Open Door Capital, where he personally developed relationships with hundreds of accredited investors, helped raise over $5 million in just 60 days, and secured more than $2 million in reinvestments within a matter of weeks. His efforts consistently delivered strong results, contributing to the successful closing of multiple real estate funds.
Brandon’s career is defined by a track record of persistence, transparency, and trust. He has overseen outreach to thousands of investors, led proactive communications to keep investors informed, and guided countless individuals through their first private real estate investments. With a degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, Brandon combines financial expertise with a people-first approach, ensuring every investor feels confident and cared for throughout the process.
Outside of work, Brandon is a proud husband and new father. He also owns multiple rental properties himself, giving him firsthand experience as both an operator and an investor. When he’s not helping others build wealth through multifamily real estate, you can find him spending time with his family, traveling, or catching the latest Formula 1 race — a passion he’s followed for over 20 years.

With two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Jared brings deep expertise across underwriting, acquisitions, and asset management. Over his career, he has analyzed hundreds of billions in transactions spanning every major property type, from multifamily and retail to large power centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers. In recent years, Jared has focused primarily on multifamily investments, acquiring more than two dozen assets along with several retail centers across Texas. His analytical discipline, market insight, and deal-structuring experience make him a cornerstone of Track Record Assets’ investment strategy.
At Track Record Assets, Jared oversees all investment operations, from underwriting and due diligence to portfolio management and long-term capital planning. Known for his steady leadership and data-driven approach, he ensures every acquisition meets the firm’s standards for performance and investor value.
Outside of work, Jared is a proud husband of 13 years and father to two children—a fifth grader and a third grader who keep him busy as both chauffeur and butler. When time allows, he enjoys golf, pickleball, and any opportunity to compete and connect with others in the industry.

Patricia (Patty) Garcia is an accomplished accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Mortgage Servicing, and Management roles. Currently serving as the Controller at Transformational Real Estate Investing in Houston, TX, she oversees all financial aspects of the multifamily property accounts in addition to the company’s mentoring program. Before joining TREI, Patty’s tenure at ROC Homes Texas as a Controller saw her skillfully managing the finances of the home building company, joint venture entities, and land development company. With a strong track record in financial management, she ensures accurate financial operations, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning to drive company growth and profitability. Patty’s expertise extends to client relations, project accounting, financial analysis, and internal controls, as demonstrated in her previous roles. Her client relations role, was highlighted by her successful management of a major mortgage investor's portfolio in the U.S.
Patty's roots are in Miami, FL, where she was born and raised before relocating to Houston with her son 12 years ago. Her passions include traveling, enjoying music, and cherishing moments with family. A fun and notable aspect of Patty's life is her entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated by founding a family-operated seafood market back in her hometown of Miami.

With four decades of experience in the Construction Industry, Joe serves as a Project Leader who prioritizes value and quality. His background encompasses both contracting and project management. Joe focuses on revitalizing troubled properties with intricate challenges and successfully converts them into valuable marketable assets. Joe has participated in the development and improvement of 20 different multifamily properties, amounting to 8,500 units, including both the exterior and interior aspects, as well as 1300 single-family homes.
With previous experience as a project manager for the City of Houston, he possesses a thorough understanding of code requirements and guarantees strict adherence without any shortcuts. This experience allows him to effectively address the complexities related to distressed properties when collaborating with General Contractors. Having worked as a contractor himself, he has firsthand knowledge of the tasks and challenges he now oversees. Joe adopts and applies the philosophy of "Working Smarter, Not Harder" in his strategy for transforming large-scale projects, utilizing cost-effective solutions to realize optimal outcomes.
Outside of his work on projects, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and grandchildren.
